Datacenter
Our datacenter facilities are placed in Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark, which is a strategically good and central point in Europe and Denmark.

Physical security
The physical security start at the entrance, where there is a pass through sluice with two doors, protected with access cards and code. Afterwards there is access to the walkway area, where the various server rooms are protected by yet another big metal door that also requires an access card. The servers are placed in robust 19" racks locked with 4 points locks.
There is an advanced alarm systen with sensors in all rooms, connected to a security patrol. The facilities are patrolled by the security patrol regularly, both inside and outside.
Furthermore the datacenter is equipped with CO2 fire extinguishing equipment, to ensure that a fire can be extinguished without damaging the equipment, and the datacenter is divided in to fire zones.
Operational reliability
The operation is among other things secured through a redundant cooling system that via raised floors ensures a constant cold air flow at the racks, which have perforated doors to ensure the best possible airflow around the servers.
The power supply is ensured best possible by a series of efforts. The energy supplier has supplied a dedicated 10 KV high-voltage transformer that is supplied redundantly from their electricity supply network, and delivers 1200 Amp to the datacenter. Inside the datacenter the power is ensured by a redundant UPS on 80 KVA and a 275 KVA diesel generator that also can deliver 1200 Amp. The diesel generator can supply the entire datacenter with power for at least 24 hours before it has to be refilled.
Network
The network and the connection to the world have been optimized by best effort to ensure a high uptime. The datacenter has a redundant fibre connection from two independent nationwide fibre networks (Nianet & Global Connect) that ensures fast response times to national as well as international points. The connection has several internet carriers connected, so in case a carrier should fail, it is immediately replaced by another.
The network inside the datacenter is based on a redundant backbone with non-blocking routers, that delivers a redundant gigabit capacity to our racks. In case there is a need, it is also possible to be connected to several independent network switches and power supplies with each their electrical panel. We also offer the opportunity of remote power control, so that servers easily and fast be rebooted via a webinterface.
Uptime
We are able to guarantee a network uptime of 99,9%, and several other guarantees depending on which SLA that is selected.
In case anything happens, the datacenter is monitored 24/7, and in case of problems, alarms are immediately sent via SMS. All our hosting services include 24/7 phone hotline in case of problems, which makes it possible for our customers to reach us at all hours.
We have not made any compromise with quality or security at any points, and aside from our great focus on redundancy, plans have been made for how to deal with attacks, defect equipment etc. In short, we have though of everything.
